This is a New York Times bestseller and one that I am finding very, very enlightening.
The book takes you into different patterns of communication and helps you see the different styles ie controlling versus withdrawing (my two favorites), and the issues with each.

Sacred Contracts
This book, though not new, continues to find it’s way onto my coffee table.
Caroline has taken the language of the archetype and applied it to the story of the souls journey, or sacred contract. Essentially what archetypal patterns is the individual working with in this life, which is different for each of us.

This experiential program takes astrology out of the complex language of aspects, signs, houses and planets into a more visual and relational mode of learning.
Using visualization, drawing and meditation each student develops their own unique images and visual understanding of the language of astrology geared to intuitive right brain learning.
This unique method of learning astrology is ideally suited for students who have been challenged to learn using left brain techniques.
“Who’s Living My Life Anyway?”
Does your Child hold the purse strings?
Does your Victim enter into relationships?
Does your Saboteur run the show at work?
Does you Prostitute keep you from moving forward in your life?
Archetypes such as the Child, Victim, Saboteur & prostitute are universal to each of us. Knowing how these universal patterns play out in the various life arenas from work to relationships & everything in between helps us capitalize on the strengths of these patterns and make us more aware of where we are blinded. This program is based on the work of Caroline Myss, author of Sacred Contracts.
Elizabeth enjoys developing programs for groups with specific interests in spirituality, astrology, intuition, past life regression and archetypal understanding.
Working with small groups of 20-50 people allows the learning environment to be tailored to the level of knowledge of the students rather than repeating information all ready learned.
The intimate environment of groups of this size provides more opportunity for one on one instruction and can provide a highly individualized experience for all.
Working one on one with Elizabeth is an option that some students have negotiated to enhance a particular skill set or develop new skills.
This opportunity involves weekly or monthly assignments developed specifically for the student, based on their unique areas of interest.
