Through guided meditation, Elizabeth guides you through a process where you “remember” a past life. She finds that after a past life regression, her clients typically hold these memories as strongly if they had happened in present day. While all unique, clients typically find answers to questions within their current life that are seeded in the past.
A PAST LIFE REGRESSION SESSION INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING AREAS OF FOCUS
• Setting an intention for the session
• Doing a guided meditation to access the past life
• Utilizing visualization or a knowing about the past life experience
• Moving forward and backward within the lifetime to understand the major events, gifts, lessons and agreements made that may be carried forward
• Move among multiple lifetimes as time allows
